would that intercooler fit behind the grill of a 2004 tahoe? and how much was it.

I'm not sure, I'll have to get one in here to check.

It's pricey, about 4 times more than the cheap ebay coolers.

you should make a some sort of heat shield for the air filters, so you dont get all of that nice hot air off of the radiator. whatcha think?

I was gonna see if I could route some tubes down, then put air filters on the ends of that, so it'll pull cool air from the bottom.
we'll see how much room we have left.
