None that i know of. It's just a bling thing, won't make more power per pound of boost, might spool a hair faster, but cost a lot more then a single. It's just the cool factor of it.

The truck has to make a trip of about 5 miles down dirt road every day so i don't want a low mount single turbo and I am not a big fan of running a high mount turbo off one exhaust bank. So i figure running two smaller turbos at lower psi would put less stress on the motor. Also lets assume money is not an issue lol

Not to sound harsh, but it sounds like you're not too sure how a turbo system is setup.
Both banks are joined together with a single turbo system.
For example this setup we finished:

another view of another turbo system we're doing:

There's no difference between a single vs twins, concerning stress.
Both are gonna stress the engine.

money: you say that now, lol, a turbo project can become a money pit very quickly!

To add to what Allen said, my turbo kits do not run off "one" bank. The driver side feeds into the passenger side, then into the turbo Maybe this will give you a better idea of how they work from BOTH banks. This design has made in the 1000rwhp range so I know it works
