Thanks it was a blast building, brain tiring but a blast.
Yea 3.6 pulleys will call for a longer belt, and that other idler maybe needed. Not sure. The inlet box is easily modified the front plate is just bolted on.

That is correct. Custom projects take time.

I highly doubt you'll see 20psi out of it even having two on there. Not that it isn't possible, but you'll really have to spin the snot out of them to get it. I could be incorrect. Hopefully you'll post your results and test info. Keep in mind when reading the compressor maps for the peak efficiency that it's not at 20psi. However if everything works as you have planned you should be around 68% efficiency which is excellent since Eaton show's it's best efficiency rating is only around just over 75%. That is going to be alot of air to get through a single throttle body. Figure around 120lbs min of air to move through it.

We will find out what it actually does. We would be looking right at the top of the Eaton R1900 performance map, just under 70% efficiency as you state. The Mag version may be a little more efficient. Boost level aside, the blowers should be moving enough air for my goals at only 12-14000 RPM.

Dual TBs are planned, just have to determine how things will be re-arranged in the engine bay. I had Rick put the single on just to get it out of his shop.
