Tim, when or if you get ready, we have the Masterpower t-70's usually in stock now, or we can get yours upgraded to the 67.

Turbos want heat to make boost. That is why its better to keep the stock manifolds, not headers.

trtturbo, I see your stage 2 package is better than what I was going for... I'd go for the stage 2 w/o the FMIC but with the gt-67 upgrade. What do the springs and the retainers do? Is that a big deal to put in?

stock valve springs are bad about floating, especially when the boost is blowing through trying to basically blow them open. Better valve springs will prevent float, making sure the valves close properly. The titanium retainers are lighter. Its not exactly fun putting in valve springs, but it should be on the list of parts for anyone doing forced induction.
