I ended up buying the same gauge (except to 20psi only) and will be doing this myself. Got any extra tips/tricks?

What is the thread size of the male brass piece coming out of the back of the gauge? The one that looks like it has a silver nut on it.

How did you guys do this without breaking the lens? Mine is glued in place and I broke it trying to get it off. Now I can't find replacement lenses for the cluster. The only sell them with the trim piece which means I can't get the gauge in there...

the lens should have about 8-10 tabs that hold it on.. just use a small screw driver and work your way around. its been a while since i've had my out tho..

I'm talking about just the clear plastic piece. It needs to be removed to pop the gauge in from the front. It's glued to the black trim piece.

The lens is completely glued on. You need to heat it up with a heat gun and then slide a thin knife to separate the lens. I then put it back together with clear silicone.

I'm actually re-doing mine this weekend. I'm adding different needles for the gauges and blue LEDs as well as a blue LED for the boost gauge. It's going to look badass IMO.
