Good info guys, that diagram above is what I saw and it confussed me. Currently I am not using a boost controller so I wil just put it in the manifold
good question on the vacuum as any of the ports on the manifold will have vacuum as well as boost pressure.

You can plumb the WG line to either between the compressor and throttle or behind the throttle in the intake with two different results. If you plumb to the intake you should see temporary spikes in boost in the charge tube but boost read in the intake manifold will hold steady. If you plumb to the charge tube or compressor housing you will be regulating boost before it enters the motor, available pressure in the charge tube will be regulated.
You will be introducing more heat to the charge by plumbing to the intake reference as the compressor will be temporarily compressing at a higher pressure. If you are intercooled it shouldn't make much of a difference, if you don't want to think about it just hook it up to the charge tube/compressor housing and you'll be good to go.
Bov always get plumbed to manifold, when it reads vacuum or such a low pressure that the charge pressure can overcome the valve it will leak/open and blow off.
