Default vortech v-2 on a 6.0L, 5-speed. need some insight/help

scored a vortech v-2 kit from a guy for $500... i have a '01 2500HD with the 6.0L and 5-speed that i want to put this on. its mainly all there, was missing injectors and oil lines, but i picked up some 42lb injectors which should be fine. it also has a 12lb pulley on it according to the guy i got it from. heres my questions and pictures of the kit and its contents i got with it:
1) do i need a BOV or something to release the pressure between shifting?
2) stock fuel pump okay for 42lb injectors and 12psi?
3) besides oil lines, injectors, boost guage... am i missing anything that you can see in the pictures?
*random question* how much worse is this going to kill my gas mileage, is it possible to do an 87 oct. tune or should i just stick with 92 oct.?

there were other random tubing and hoses, but didnt want to clutter the pictures up. they just looked like vacuum tubing.

hm.. i dont mind running 92, i was just wondering... i saw a mag charger on CL the other day for an old body style vortec chevy... said it came with a boost retard module to run 87 octane. ill run 92 octane and be happy then. but whats this about 12psi and non intercooled? bad idea? i would rather have the original 7.5psi pulley, but it came with the 12psi. i need to get it out of the bin i stored it in and look at it and see what size it really is... guy also said i would need a booster pump, but some folks on another forum said the stock pump will be fine with the 42lb injectors?

will i need a booster pump or will my stock fuel pump be fine? oh and also, is it fine to run conventional oil in the truck with this or should i switch to synthetic for the sake of the charger?

more questions i just thought of: does the maf go before the charger or after the charger? and thinking of getting some obx headers and doing away with egr, and moving iat to into egr location on intake... worthwile mod for this setup?

1= yes you need a bov, other wise you'll blow your tubing off your tb every time you take you foot off the gas ...lol
2=stock pump might work some people have gotten away with it, just get a fuel pressure gauge and youll know real quik.
3= i would get a air to air inter cooler for it and youll probably end up having to but some extra tubing and elbows to complete it
random question answer = its going to kill the crap out of your milage because of one thing , your foot wont be able to stay out of it .. other than that no.

and maf goes after the head unit and inter cooler if you will have one.
