Guys, I know there was an awesome thread on here about swapping an in tank walbro pump in place of the stock one, but I can't find it anywhere. Had basically a step by step how-to, I can't remember any of the keywords to search for that I haven't already searched.
Truck is a GMT800, Return style.
Really appreciate if one of you guys have it saved or know what to search for to find it.
On a related note, can you run a single 255 pump with the stock fuel pump wiring or do you need to upgrade to 12 ga.?

I'll take that as it's a good idea to upgrade wiring. I'll give them a call and see what they recommend.
Anyone know what thread I'm talking about with the step by step install?
I could probably get away with a 190lph pump, I'm just running out of pump around 5300RPM. At this time I don't plan on adding boost... but I've always been known to change my mind before

its really not hard once you get in there, just takes a little sanding and grinding. be aware that their are many different styles of 255's as far as the pickup goes, the pump that comes in the f-body kit has an offset that allows you to secure the pump well to the bucket and still use the factory pickup location after some sanding and grinding. also buy 1' of gates submersible efi hose to replace your stocker. should be around $20 and comes individually pre-packaged. your parts store will probably not have it in stock.
