Where is you vac block tapped in at?

I had thesame problem with over boosting and then I moved the wastegate to blow to the ground and it works fine. I think there is to much back pressure in the exhaust I'm going to try to take the muffler off and see if it works without the muffler

I may try that... I tryed it before but my wg was jacked up then.That would mean the wg is too small if that works?

bench test the wg with an air gun and boost gauge to ensure the spring is actually what you're trying to achieve.

Changed the spring out from the 10 to the 7 and it starts to check up at 7 then goes on up to whatever I want...

Check to see if the diaphram is leaking(It could be leaking more when it is hot). If it isn't leaking, check the PSI at the wastegate when the boost is climbing. If it isn't climbing at the wastegate like your gauge, you need a better place to tap into for your wastegate. If it is climbing like your gauge, the wastegate or something behind it is too restrictive. How big is your wastegate? Do you have it vented back in the exhaust system?

40mm jgs back into the exhaust 3.5" dp into a 4" exhaust

Well I just flipped the wg to vent into the atmosphere and with the 7lb spring u start to here it crack open at 4psi and then I let off around 11psi so its still over boosting
