i think 9psi is too high for 10.2/1 compresion. that is if your going to run pump gas. built motor or not detonation will kill it. just takes longer with good parts.

why such high compresion on a boosted motor?

If you do vent it into the tailpipe, at least do it at an angle and not at a straight 90* angle. This will reduce turbulence and help increase flow in the tailpipe. I vent mine to the atmosphere, because I like to scare small children and the elderly. That's reason enough for me.

So will this be going on the couch or the BBQ with a rubber oh-**** handle.

what is a wastgate suppose to sound like when it opens if plumed into the exhaust?

i have never been able to hear it open when plumbed into the exhaust.

well what is the ggggrrrr or bbbbrrrr kind of a farting sound it the best i can explain it. my tahoe was making this sound at higher boost levels when it did it, it felt like i lost power.
