got w/ Jerry this afternoon for some idle tuning...THANKS Jerry!
idles on its own now...a/f good at idle, cruising and at WOT...
still have some wrinkles to iron out...mostly at crank up...
still have an occasional hot flash too...think there's air in the system...

felt good under boost!

looks like the pushrods were ok....motor sounds good. It may be time to pull the radiator and see how much grass etc has accumulated between it and the condenser....but we will wait on that. It still acts like air in the system.

WOW...this idle tuning has been one thing after another...
alot better after the "idle screw" adjustment and idle re-learn Saturday...
btw Jerry...it IS a T15...a 3/32" allen just happens to fit...

just ordered some parts to upgrade the meth injection to two larger nozzles w/ a check valve...
not sure why I seem to be running out of fuel @ WOT...we'll log the IDC Wednesday and see if it's injectors or not...
I really thought the single Walbro in-tank and the 42#'ers would carry me over to this new set-up...

oh...bought a used efilive v1 yesterday...hopefully will arrive in a few days...
perfect addition to the new laptop!

going to do the 2nd oil change today...500+ miles...

also going to install and wire up a pressure sender to the fuel rail using the old EGR harness so we can log FP through EFILive...

made sure the Casper's voltage booster was doing its thing this morning...it is...
so maybe a larger gauge wire from the alt. to the fuel pump via an additional relay will get more of the voltage back there...
can that loss of voltage be rearing its ugly head due to a higher hp level...???
something that existed before this build...just wasn't noticed because fuel requirement was being met?

got the fuel pump wiring upgraded...thanks Jerry!
unfortunately, hitting it on the way home it still went rich @ wot ...then started slowly rising to the lean side
I'll finish wiring up the pressure sender to the egr harness tomorrow so we can log fp...
maybe then we can determine pump, regulator or injector...
