Pull your valve cover and check your rocker. Maybe you broke an exhaust rocker and when all the pressure went into the cylinder it had no where to go but past the rings. I just broke my rocker on #7 this week with similar results. But I wasn't feeding it boost yet so my seals are still ok.

I'd say not enough octane. Too much KR, detonation, rings, headgasket.

I still haven't done a leak down test. I gotta clean out a garage and set up shop in there first.

Man it bothers me to have a 5 month old truck with 9700 km on the motor and within 2 hours of dyno tuning the motor went.

Meanwhile guys are running around with their turbo trucks having a blast and im gonna be working like a mule to try to afford to fix it.

Not to mention having to pull the motor!

Pretty sure I signed a waiver before tuning too.

The tune has to be suspect in this case. Sounds like you detonated badly in cylinder #7. Or maybe you got a bad batch of gas. Pump gasoline scares me.

don't blame the tuner. you got pretty good numbers and you were initially very happy.

I hear ya, ultimately we as the owner of the vehicle we modify, are responsible.

I would not run iridium plugs with boost, what exact plugs do you have?

That's a bad idea. You should be running copper plugs. Either 6 or 7 heat range depending on power level and preferably a non projected tip
