From what the guy told me they will pre set it from the place to where you want it. In my case 10 psi. But should let me boost 13-14 psi on the blower. I talked to John at procharger, he said it would def work, but will make the blower work harder.. He figures the boost will come in 1000-1200 rpm sooner(guesstament), which case means faster acceleration So if it does infact bring it in earlier, WORK this could be great for us. I am going to try and get it on when it gets here, now I need to get a 3.20 pulley, pray that it doesn't slip LOL.. Will def keep you guys posted on it.. Man I hope it works, could make things alot more interesting.. Nione the less the proof will be in the pudding. We shall see BTW I do have one of these, but wanted to put on the 370, not the stocker, 10% overdriven

I'm gonna agree with this guy on this. I cant see the pictures posted but if it's what is being described than the compressor wheel is gonna be working overtime at higher rpm's. The difference between this set-up and a wategate on a turbo is that the waste gate is BEFORE the compressor wheel so it regulates the speed of the compressor wheel which in turn controls the boos pressure. With this system it seems like all that this regulates is the boost pressure and not the compressor wheel speed which is a direct drive system.
John, you might wanna take a look at the compressor efficiency tables an see where you procharger will be at to given RPM's that you plan on spinning it. If it turns out that overdriving it as much as your saying that you might turn your compressor wheel into a massively inefficient heat pump.
Just a thought!!

I cant believe I read this whole thread. I made it to page 3 before realizing how old it was.
We here at PT, do not believe your truck even runs anymore John. Its been along time since weve actually seen anything from it.
