OK so right now my list looks like this,

Aeromotive center in/out 340 pump
Tricks e-fans
Siemens 60#'s
Mini Delphi to ev1 adapter
4" bullet and a u-bend

And I think that's about it, what kind of spacer will I need for the fuel rail?

For the Deka (tall) 60's I think my spacers were like 5/8" tall

With the taller fuel rails you will have a gap between the fuel rail mounting tabs and where the bolt screws into the intake. Just mock up the intake with the new injectors and measure the gap (mine was ~.80 if I remember right).

Ok, now is it something you need to have calipers and a machine shop, or just as close as you can get it?

tape measure and then measure all 4 mounting points with injectors fully seated 3-4 times.

K.

So does that sound like everything to wrap this up minus the WB, boost gauge, and tune?

You can buy a digital caliper pretty cheap from harbor freight. Just cut an aluminum dowel rod to size and drill a hole through it. There is a lot of little parts that you need to piece together a turbo kit. Don't forget your oil line fittings, vacuum hoses, extra hose to reroute the heater hoses, how are you doing your pcv system?, longer bolts for the fuel rails, etc...

OK, I'm bringing this back up as I'm going to be ordering parts hopfully at the end of the week.

Will I need a fuel pressure regulator for the return less style system?
