Bigger than I would have gone, but you might get away with it with the higher stall. How much boost and when does it come in? Probably gets down to personal preferences though.

Boost is gona be around 15psi and its instant as soon as i floor it no matter the rpm

Just want a little more sound from my previos cam ..... and the engine kinda took a dive after 5800rpm on the dyno with the old setup

Instant boost with that cam ought to be a lot of fun (and a lot of power). A little early boost will cover up for a cam that's a little on the large side. Once it gets going, 15psi should do nicely. Better be building up the drive line. That much boost will find the weak spots.

I wish i could use a cam as big as you have dont think the 5.3 would idle with a cam that big must sound badass though 110LSA.... really i dont understand why you have to use a cam with little overlap on a blower.... Yah, you loose boost but the same amount of air is going into the cylinder.... You just loose a little more out the exhaust which pushes the exhaust gasses out faster...... you would just have to raise the engine compression by milling the heads or flat top pistons to make up for the lost compression from the lower boost
