I have been looking at EFI for a while now and trolling like mad over there and on here. READ READ READ lol.
I know the learning curve is steep but I have read some books and am trying to get as much info as I can. I just dont wanna spend the money on it and not be able to use the dang thing!
Also do you guys tune for other people too?? hows the liability thing work on that? what do you do? Im not planing on going crazy but maybe try and make some of the money back by tuning other peoples stuff.

I use EFILIVE. I would also like to buy HPT someday. Tuning software can look very overwhelming at first, but don't get discouraged. I would say if you have anyone near by that is willing to help, get what they have. If you are like most people, it is easier to do if someone is explaining it in front of you.

efilive here, My first tune was a custom operating systems (COS) install. you can test drive their software absolutely no hassle (you need to purchase the license to get rid of the annoying DEMO screen that keeps popping up) and they have some sample tunes in there you can play with. Their forum members are incredibly helpful.

HP Tuners.
Like others have mentioned, the initial learning curve is pretty steep but once little things start clicking and making sense it's hard to pull yourself away from it. I have had it for a week now and have probably burned $300 in fuel doing data logging and WOT pulls LOL
