Imma join in here... I'm running 83# injectors at ls pressure and iv hit 90% at 12 psi and 5900 rpm shifts. When I put my new big turbo on I know I'm going to add a good bit of fuel in the VE table. So Im sure its going to go well over 100% should I worry too much as long as afr stays in check? Running do10 and 14 meth nozzles currently.

I have a gauge for that

depends how you want to use the meth....for iat control or as another fuel source...
If you want to use it as a fuel source you can take the flow rate of your nozzles, convert to lbs per hour for the percentage of methanol you are using, then divide that number by 8 and add it to your injectors and that will be your "total fuel amount"

i would send the injectors to FIC, they can restack the plates to make them bigger, its around $200 bucks. also when going over 80% the issue is the injectors get hot, they dont have enought time to cool, the injector window is only so big, but you can go way over 100%, ive seen almost 200% on a few cars. they are just staying open longer, which makes heat and they dont have time time to cool. 100% injector duty doesnt mean they are spraying fuel 100% of the time, its 100% of the alocated time window
drag racing wont kill them but is you road raced or something they would cook the driver in the pcm. i personally ran a set at 120% for over 3 years, they only hit that at redline for a short time, then it would shift to the next gear.
hope this helps
