Glad to be here. I'm getting a good idea of what I need to do. I plan on installing it in the next month and just want to do everything at the same time.

be careful with the "install everything at once" plan. I have found that mods over time are easier to trouble shoot if something goes wrong.

its all in tuning. the stock gm intake manifold is known to have problems with leaning out the rear cylinders causing them to blow.

They had this problem with the Cobalt SS/SC and the number 4 was the problem on that engine, and it was the manifold also.

Wow. Very Intresting.

I have the RADIX, mods in sig below, no cam or head mods, with the 3.0 pulley and my RamAir I get 11.5psi 0n a 95deg day and 13psi on a cold day at the top of the shift, I see 10psi from 3500rpm up.
Its my DD and its been doing this for 30,000 miles, it just takes a really good tune, I use HPTuners.
BTW the only way I've been able to fuel this with out 60lb injecters is with the Magnavolt and Meth.

I don't want to steer this thread away from helping blue out, but LBSBLOWN...holy ****. I have never read about your 13psi before. Must be some restriction in there. 400HP and 13psi doesn't sound right. Not calling you out brutha, just asking more about your setup. Your sig does say alot. With the hptuners...what kpa reading are you getting?
