Default what are the limits of a single in-tank walbro??

i think i just maxed out my pump so now i need to figure out the next step or if i did not, need to find out what is wrong.

here is the set-up

6.0L 225/225 @ 113 .581"/.581" pt70gts turbo livernois kit full straight through 3" exhaust 8psi boost

we finally had a chance to get it on the dyno and at about 4500rpm the fuel pressure dropped quite a bit quickly to 40 psi and we shut it down. i have only a single 255 walbro in the tank with still the returnless set-up.

i am doing a return style setup now but woundering if when im there, do a second in-tank. i want to make sure i wont have any problems latter.

yea, hard to say, did this pump fail or did it just run out of steam???

when i drop the tank should i just add one or replace the 2

it is only 3000 miles old

would you wire in both pumps to run at the same time or wire in one to switch on at a certain boost level??

I would add more power, a relay & 10 ga wire. The pump is nothing more than an electric motor and low voltage will keep any elec motor from peak performance and eventually kill it.
