what size wastegate

I'm getting a t70 turbo. What size wastegate do I need. Should I get a 60mm or would a 38mm be ok. Also if I only plan on running about 8-10 psi do I need a boost controller or just use the adj wastegate

38mm will be fine. and i would just get a 8lbs spring and boost ref. off the intake and call it a day.........

38 will be fine, but if you plan on getting crazy with it later I would do a 44mm

Thanks for the help guys. I was looking at them and when they say adj from 8-12 psi. Does that mean I could run low boost then adj it up to 11 or 12 later
