Default whine n' a whistle

I've finished my "compound boost" setup that I started a couple weeks ago...

(rear mount)

(sleeper look)

(network of vacuum lines that makes it all possible)

...but I kinda mislead you guys a bit. It isn't a compound boost setup at all

It is sequential boost. The blower takes care of the low end grunt, and when the turbo gets spooled up the blower is bypassed and the truck becomes all turbo. I built a little device to control the boost, and it does just that. Boost levels behave just like I calculated. I will eventually take some videos of the dual boost gauges to show what sequential boost looks like

The tune still needs quite a bit of work though, so its far from perfect. Its pulling a lot of timing so there's still a lot more to see from this setup.

What a maze of vacuum lines.

I never knew u had this planned.
Got a pic of what bypasses blower when turbo comes on?
As well as your little device to control boost?

I got a gripe w/. these TVS blowers. Not sayin anything bad bout yours specifically, just a general statement. This is the 2nd pic I've seen of the fuel rail havin rust on it. Yours is near the Schrader valve. I forgot where the other person had it on theirs. I'm not callin u guys out, but Maggie coulda done a quick p/coat or anodizing on rails I'd think for what u guys paid for your units.

Can't wait to see some vids. And hear em too.
Very cool.

If you'll look a little closer at the pic with the vacuum lines, you'll see that it has a port on the bottom of the actuator as well. So it uses the stock bypass valve, but not the stock actuator.

(boost manager and blowoff valve)

(front of the charge pipe)

(rear charge pipe, which is painted black now)

Those fuel rails are stock, by the way. This is a Roush kit and uses the NNBS fuel rails.
