Turbo plumbing confuses the crap out of me but I can respect and appreciate what you've got going here. Interested in seeing how it works when the minir details are worked out.

You're just like me. Turbo plumbing confuses me. I'm getting a better idea when I see great pics or when it's all setup outside a vehicle. But throw it into the vehicle, & it's harder for me to visualize. I'm getting better tho.
Esp. w/. all the awesome turbo projects on PT!

1, 2, 3, 10, 50! Done!

There's an air to water intercooler under the blower. Since its not a traditional compound, it's really only cooling boost from one source at a time. Plus the turbo being a remote mount helps a little bit since it has like 15 feet of charge pipe to travel through before it even reaches the intercooler.

I am having an issue with oil coming out the turbo though. Apparently STS kits have a check valve on the oil feed line that I was unaware of and oil is seeping into the turbo when the truck is off. So I need to snag one of those. What's a custom project without a few kinks?

The lower intake manifold has a liquid intercooler in it. It would cool the air charge whether the boost source is the supercharger, or the turbo.

Oh I get it, you are using the built-in bypass valve of the tvs1900, right?

Does that by-pass the intercooler of the blower? I havent looked at that part closely enough. Any idea how much volume that can handle?

no, the bypass only cuts out the upper manifold if I understand this right, the intercooler is in the lower manifold.

Nope, it still gets intercooled. I know the valve is rated to vent 9psi of boost at 6000 rpm when the throttle closes, and my supercharger doesn't make 9psi, so I'm well within the limitations of the flow ability of the bypass valve.

I'd just like to add that a LOT of the fabrication work is the courtesy of my friend here in Tucson, Alex (BigRed Cummins here on the forum). Can't claim all the glory on this one
