i have a whipple 2.3 on my 4.8... the install was easy. me and a buddy could have done it in a day, i think, had i not been missing little miscelaneous parts. (bought the kit used). just had it tuned the other day and it made 462hp @ 9psi. i also have a cam, injectors, american racing LT's, and a magnaflow catback. I had no issues with customer service with whipple when i had to order those few parts i was missing. They were very helpful and had the parts shipped immediately. Being that i have no experience with maggie i vote whipple all the way!

Would really like a little input on a fuel system since it doesn't come with one if anyone has knowledge on that.

The Whipple 2.9 is capable of about 1000 flywheel hp at maximum recommended blower speed with pump gas and meth. Don't over spin a Whipple 2.9 blower frequently, they don't like it...
