Cracks in the exhaust will do that. Also brackets that are holding exhaust and shields that have cracked will do that.

I've heard that noise before for sure.

Will it do it just reving in park or do you have to be in gear driving?

Disconnect your boost gauge vacuum line, cap the port, and see if the noise goes away. Sounds like it's the tubing inside the cab to me.

Just came back from Dyno the roller was very noisy but it gave us general idea where the sound coming from seems like it's coming from passenger side area around the air filter ,guys over there told me to change the rubber acordion that's holding the maf housing and to check the TB blade and if it doesn't fix it to come back to them

Wow I found the whistle and many many other small leaks came from a lot o small places from middle part of blower see the pic also from a broken O ring in evac canister front of blower also one of the fuel rale bolts was leaking air and the boost gauge fitting on the back of blower was leaking. I built boost leak tool took me half hour to make it very easy to do and I think everyone with a supercharger should do this test.. Looks like I will pull the blower of take it apart add new rtv and new gaskets..
Thanks for the help guys good luck out there.

I went to hardware got 3" to 4" rubber hose and plastic cover one long shader valve and glue drilled hole in middle added strong gorilla super glue (dose not expand) 4" was slightly larger than the TB I had an old probably 3.5 inch kn airfilter I cut the rubber off and added it to inside on the 4 inch side of the tool see pic

Epoxy is for around shader valve it's liquid and will go into small cracks a
The super glue is for the rubber kn filter this to make it slightly smaller
