Air is still going to leak though motor you realize? Also out vac. ports

As long as you can build any pressure you will find leaks but it will still be one big air leak as you have open valves etc. Non the less if it enabled you to find your issue then that is great.

Yeh I could hear the air escaping thru the valves I was able to build 5 or 6 psi before it bleeds out didn't want to go more than 10 psi so I don't brake anything
Just one question what's the best rtv to put in between the top part of the blower and lower part? It's both aluminum surfaces looks like very difficult to seal it

It doesn't have a oring? There is a sealant, I forget which one it is though.

That tool and another type is what I used to find leaks..
run up 12psi via compressor, yes it will leak into engine, so what. the system is still @ 12psi, hurts nothing. Maintain the psi via regulated compressor.

Here is the magic way to find ALL leaks...

Its Obvious! where your leaks are... just pour it or drip it on and magic happens.. No bubbles or mad bubbles.
Or soapy water in a spray bottle.. just doesnt work as well. soap makes small bubbles that can be hard to see.
Once done repairing leaks, give engine bay a
bath bath
and a soak in
silkshine silkshine
. Oooo so pretty and silky smooth.
Check absolutly everything.
Its so easy, even a caveman can do it.

Check injector orings carefully.
But if you have a whislte, its a big leak.
My turbo car routinly picked up 2-4psi of boost by fixing boost leaks, shitty couplers, made boost leak tests a monthly thing..
MAf was pre Turbo, so it was very important to find ALL leaks.
Method above works flawlessly.

Hey ezdaar I want to thank you man that tool is great idea and so easy to make I can't believe I didn't know about this.... I found soo many other small leaks and lil pinched o rings I would have never know about.

This bubble soap is a great idea too but lil hard to direct into small areas the soapy water spray gun can be sprayed directly onto fittings and bolts gave me exact where I want to spay..
