so what is the best set up on a 5.3 to run more boost and still be a safe dd???

If you are running a fmic and meth, go ahead and push 12psi, I think you will be ok, just check your IAT's. You should be fine.

918 valve springs should be fine.

run 12 psi on high setting correct not as dd? to run 12 psi do i have the right stuff? and do i need the vsprings???????

I think so, if you do not change them there is a very good chance you will get valve float.

Will a 60E hold up? Maybe.....maybe not. Some guys are running those boost levels and their trannies are holding up OK. Others toast the tranny within months or weeks. But you can bet that the tranny or #7 will go before the bottom end will. I'd be saving my pennies for that.

If you do the servos, make you get an aluminum servo for the 2nd accumulator. Its plastic and is prone cause problems.

Whats the best way to avoid the dreaded #7? Just fatten up the fueling on the tune?

true the truck is going to be dynoed again and pump and #44 injectors r ganna be in?just trying to run 12 psi on stock motor just vsprings
