Default ZR1 cam in 5.3l

Has anyone used this cam? If so how was the bottom end and what kind of numbers did you gain? now Im running 7psi with the mods in my sig.

There should be some nice gains. I think the ZR1 cam is very similar to that LPE GT2 cam if Im not mistaken.

On the website they said it was like their GT7 but they discontinued it because this cam came out.

I did not think the ZR1 cam would be compatible with a older generation motor. The Z06 cam is... I could be wrong thou...

Ah, forgot about that. I think you can use like a three bolt cam gear and something other gear change or something. But that is to use an older cam with a newer motor, not sure about the other way around.

I dont think it will work with your rear cam sensor. You'll need a front cover, cam sensor, cam sensor harness extension, and an ls2 cam gear.

They're the same as the GT-7, except I think intake duration at .050 is 212 or something...
