Default 1995 5.8 Liter?

My buddy has a 95 Bronco with the 5.8 (351?) and he was looking into a throttle body spacer. Do they do any good on these engines or is it a waste like on the LS based engines? He is just looking for a little more torque and maybe some mileage.

Thanks for the help

TB spacers are a waste of time and money on ANY engine.

Your buddy should put 5.0 Mustang underdrive pullies and Cobra 1.7 roller rocker arms on his Bronco, along with a good 3" cat-back exhaust. He also needs to get a K&N air filter and remove the baffles in the bottom of the factory airbox, and those mods should wake that truck up BIG TIME.

He has a good exhaust on it. Will taking the baffles out of the box expose the filter to much. He does take it offroad and in the mud a good bit. Im gonna check into the 5.0 underdrives for him.

It shouldn't expose the filter to much more, if he still has the factory air scoop attached to the airbox.
