Parting out 460
this was gonna go in an older model for swb pick'm up truck but times have become kinda scetchy and it must go.
BLOCK: 'D9(79) casting,baked, shot pinged, checked for cracks,(none) bored .030'' over, decked .005'', painted old ford blue. ready to be honed according to piston rings being used for the application.***$300-OBO****
HEADS(BARE MINUS ALL INT VALVES*MISSING 1* AND ALL EXH VALVES): D3(73) casting, bakedm shot pinged, checked for cracks(none). needs 2 studs welded in(one on each head) to replace a header bolt from where the jackass took the heads off(STILL USABLE) also need new exhaust seats(not nessessary if bigger valves are used) and 1 intake valve. haven't been resurfaced due to only .002'' wear. if the heads were to be porting, porting to match the gaskets would open the intake ports to be larger than a set of cobra jet heads(its been measured and compared)****$100 OBO****
EXTRAS
-ORIGIANAL valve covers, repainted old ford blue, still have the factory spec sheet on the valve cover(comes with all bolts needed)***$75 OBO***
-standard length rods, only 7::8 due to one is bent***$50 OBO***
-crank(needs to be cut) has been soaked and cleaned, hasn't been cut due to broken crank grinder and an extended waiting list at capital machine ***$100 OBO****
- most timing components(timing chain, and cam accessories)***$50 OR INCLUDED W/ THE BLOCK***
if interested in anything make reasonable offers, i'm not tryin to get rich off of this but i'm not tryin to get fucked either. if you would like to get a packaged deal or bits and peices make an offer on what you want. again i'm NOT tryin to get rich off of any of this nor am i tryin to get screwed
