Default 36lbs injectors good for a 408ci ?

have a L92 headed 408ci project ,didnt buy injectors yet because I want to upgrade to 80lbs later when going FI

will the 36lbs (flexfuel 6.0 injectors) be enough for the mean time

set up is :
408 ci
9.4:1 CR
230/236 @ .600/.600 @ 115LSA
stock truck intake/stock L92 heads/ stock borted TB
stock fuel pump and 36lb injectors

if I must go a tad up on injectors .. what should I get ? 42lbs ?
any one knows if the 2010 LS3 camaro injectors fit my intake ?

Depends on how high you rev it. I'm sure you could max those injectors on gasoline.

You would be best off stepping up if you plan to make more power in the future I am hoping so with that low of compression. I think the new camaro injectors will fit I think they are side by side the same I have a set out of a flex fuel 5.3 truck on my desk and they are the same height as the 2010 camaro stockers

thanks for the input , if the injectors cant hold this big motor

can I get 80lbs and run them with stock pump at low duty cycle ? , this will be temporary until I can buy a dual pumper setup witj bigger rails and lines

You can just set the rev limiter to wherever you start running out of injectors. That's what I did when I added my cam and pullied down, Wheatley just dropped my shift points to 5800 or something until I picked up my 75'ers.

You certainly can everything can be done with the correct injector data and the right tuning. No problem. If you are going to go boosted later I would run a full return system with -8 lines big rails and a solid pump setup to support silly power.

But with the proper injector tuning yes no issue at all.
