At 60psi NA,
Walbro 255 will support ~530rwhp
Walbro 400 will support ~800rwhp
Walbro 450 will support ~900rwhp

Check out the stickied thread in the top of the fuel section for a spreadsheet I made that does all this.
Nice
So is the 255 pump just a simple swap with the stock or is it more complicated than that

Some companies sell little packaged kits with hose and strainer. Its a pretty easy swap. I know magnacharger does, but im sure more do. Its also recommended to upgrade the wiring to the pump, racetronics makes a kit.

Good info here! Thanks Atomic!
At what point while thinking about a pump upgrade do you really need to be thinking about upgrading fuel line size or is this a non issue?

Well you have a returnless setup, which is misleading because you do have a return, its just in the tank, and its generally a good idea over 500-600 or so because you have to start using stupid huge injectors with boost to get enough fuel. The actual line would be good to 900-1000hp.

,

Ive actually have a return style system... Its a 2003, 1500HD ccsb with a built 370 and soon to be installed Holley Hi Ram/102mm NW with 2 kits of nitrous and 60lb bosch injectors. I was already borderline topping out my 42lb 8.1L Marine injectors on my old setup. I'm also getting my extra fuel needs from a 3 gal stand alone system for the 2 kits. I saw this thread and thought I'd ask.
Thanks man.
