Did zippy dyno your truck before it blew? If so, how much power did it put down with e85?

I've used quite a few sets of the Fic 2000s without issue. My truck has had them for 1 1/2yrs without issue on E85 the whole time.

No we couldn't get the front drive shaft out. Only guess i have is that my friend has a zo6 that put down 816 to the wheels and my truck held with it pretty much door to door and he is lil less the 2000 pounds lighter then my truck so I would think my truck was putting down at lest 950 to hang with him and that was on 18psi, my motor let go at 26psi so I can only guess what it was putting down .

Right now I'm leaning towards 160's. If I'm running 93lbers right now and I'm already at 70%+ IDC, I feel like I'm going to pass the 127's before I know it. Plus I plan to rebuild my 408 and run that with a bigger turbo. So I might just go with 160's and hope they can handle low pulsewidths in the 4.8L

I don't think you would max the 127's out anytime soon specially since your only at 70% @90# injectors.think about it you would need to flow more then 50% more fuel then what your flowing now just to get them CLOSE to being at 100% dc . Unless you plan on making over 1k HP I would think the 127's would be enough BUT with that said it wouldn't hurt to go bigger I would just call and talk to Jon at FIC and see what he thinks he's a really cool guy and will take the time and talk you about what would best fit your needs.

Hocus pocus black magic stainless steel injectors... I've never had a problem with any of the last 3 sets of injectors I have ran in the last five years but its cool to know there is innovation out there.
