ordered 2 255s and saw spoolin's picture in his thread...

goin to do something similar, what size hose does the 255 accept? is it 1/4 or 5/16 or 3/8? i cant remember..


fixin to order a "T" and some fittings.

5/16"....make sure its not wider than the bucket, or you wont be able to get it in the tank.

I would use otiker clamps and not hose clamps.Also if your going to use push - lock hose make sure it's submersible for fuel.

Yes, don't use worm gear clamps they will work loose. I would use some of the hose that racetronix has, the clear or white looking corrugated type.

As long as i can get it in the tank, im not worried.. ill route the hoses over to the side of the bucket and zip tie the "T" there..
Time to do some more looking.. thats the smallest stuff i can get easy at work..

all that in the pic is #6,, i just ordered some #4 stuff. we shall see how that goes..

I did pretty much the same thing I just tapped a hole on the top and ran a second line from the second pump all the way up to the rail. IM running 20psi with e85 and no boost a pump and it holds solid.

How did you wire them?
Im trying to figure out how to setup the wiring thru the tank.
