Default Fuel Pressure loss

So im having a fuel pressure issue with my return style fuel system on a NNBS. To start off i ran the truck for the first time under boost the other day and all seemed to be fine and the pressure stayed around 58-62 psi of pressure. Then yesterday i went to do some more tuning and got into boost and loss all fuel pressure down to 20 psi. Now truck wont even crank only builds about 6 psi of pressure. The fuel system consist of a walbro 450 in a stock gutted bucket with a hot wire kit. Truck has a external FPR at the front of the truck as well. Also it does have fpcm and im still unlcear of how to get rid of the fpcm with using the hotwire kit becuase i still have the fpcm plugged in along with the fuses. My questions is there any known issues i could check before dropping the tank back out again? Im thinking it could be a loose AN fitting in the tank but wanted to know if there was anyhting to try before checking that

What hose did you use in the tank? I bet that came off...

I used 5/16 gates hose with factory crimps from the pump to AN push on fittings

Did you use submersible line for fuel injection systems? Or regular fuel injection hose?

Nailed it.

If you use worm clamps dont overtighten them, but they should be snug.

Best to not use worm clamps at all. Oreillys has fuel injection clamps. They're smooth so they don't cut into the hose. That's what I used on mine.

Fuel pressure should not hold steady in boost, it should increase with boost if running a 1:1 regulator.
