The 03-06 and 07+ buckets are basically the same diameter, just different design. Im using an 07 tank, which is different than the 03-06 tank.

So on your old setup in the ex cab you just hacked the bottom of the bucket off to fit dual pumps? Think it would be fine if the fuel level was kept above half?

No, in my ext cab it was exactly like it was with the densos, bucket still intact.

What are you running for fuel pressure? I think I'm going to set mine at 43psi, once I get my return system all in line. At lower pressure, The pumps flow more, but the injectors flow less, so it's kinda a crap shoot. If I have figured correctly, I should need a max of 412lph total. And that's for my combination, 370ci, high comp.(11to1) low boost TVS1900, WCCH L92 heads on e-85. Just gotta decide on injectors, thinking about ID850's, maybe 1000's.

Read the sticky I wrote in the fuel systems section, it talks about exavtly that. And to answer your question, 55psi base.

Just as an updated, making ~800rwhp on the dyno injector duty cycle is only like 60% with 127s

Any drivability issues with such large injectors like low rpm idle and cruising?

And what is the strait brass extension from the bulkhead to the y? Part numbers?

Nope, cruising and idle are fine, although I need to adjust the throttle blade, just havent gotten around to it.

Its just a straight 3/8 npt pipe from home depot to connect the y to the bulkhead
