Not trying to steal the thread but im having some issues with my 08' Sierra FPCM. I try to start my truck and it instantly blows the FSCM fuse. I checked the output at the plug going to the pump and its reading 20.4 with key on so im thinking my FPCM shorted out or something. I do have an intake walbro installed and BAP wired in which only comes on when the I activate the nitrous system. Can any of yall help me out on this one?

I decided I'm going to run the stock non-flex fuel pump, tune converted to run e85, and 80 lb. Bosch EV14 injectors. Should support my goals for now. As long as I break 400 rwhp, I'll be happy for the time being.

I ran 80lb injectors with a stock flex fuel pump on my turbo 6.2 and ran just fine. I didn't have any problems but then again I had some pretty big injectors for my setup. If you guys are really worried about fuel pumps and pressure do what the diesel guys do. Check out out Hellmen Performance Fuel Tanks sump. It's a neat little part that sumps your stick plastic fuel tank. Run a hot wire kit, a fuel lab prodigy pump and regulator and be done with it. Pretty easy mod and can support whatever power level or fuel capacity you need to be at.
