going return style....

If your going to run a new feed I highly suggest a inline filter. You will not be using the filter in the bucket anymore. Also run the sock filter on pump.

yea i gt a filter on the pump, and was thinking of running the stock line since its already hooked up as the feed? just get a 8an to 3/8 adapter. i believe the stock line is 6an so if i do that both feed and return will both be 6an lines? but if i do that i cant run a inline filter correct?

yea, whats the limit on the 6an lines? this truck will only see 12 psi max. and its a 5.3 i mean if i gotta i gotta. but were getting a G8 in the spring then im gunna get a diesel in the future so the truck wont be getting much else for a really long time. i just wanna drive it haha only ran 5 weeks this whole year.

Haha, yea i know its a stout motor. My goal is to hit 600hp with this motor or get dam.close maybe im a year or 2 ill start building a larger motor. Main issue is i can only get 91 from the pumps within 150 miles of here unless i personally mix fuel. So kimda working with the cards im delt. I do plan on tryin to run meth once i get the bugs worked out.

i just ran -8 from the tank, through an inline filter, then tee'd that into my stock returnless fuel rails and regulator, then come out the bottom of the regulator with my stock feed line going back to the tank. 13psi right now with no problems, way cheaper then getting new fuel rails and everything

i already got the rails and stuff but its all good, im pricing out the difference between the 6an, and the 8an. from reading and stuff it seems that with a good pump and injector combo both will work fine? i do have 2 questions tho. first is weather i run 6an, or 8an what/how are you guys going from the pump to the bulkhead? and the second is i got the fallowing fitting for the stock feed to be converted into the return, how are you guys connecting it to the FPR? only thing i can see is maybe getting a 6an-3/8 npt 90 fitting but cant find one?

im doing a T in the transfer line that goes from rail to rail that is where my feed is going into im doing a 8an 1/2 line
the stock feed line that was on my rail is just a slide on fitting so im running a hose from there to my FPR then from FPR back into the factory feed line that runs to the tank
im sure 6an feed would be fine im just doing 8an as if later on down the road if i wanna upgrade i dont have to change it
