Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it all with the stock flex fuel injectors, and even stock non flex fuel injectors, since the owners manual would tell you about it if it was a problem. I'm just wondering about these extremely high flow injectors and maybe they have to make certain material compromises that can't take the ethanol as well, even though they advertise it as being "compatible" with E85.
That being said I don't think these vendors do much, if anything, the the insides of these injectors, I think they buy them like that and just flow test them and turn around and resell them.

Yes, but between about 2007 and I think maybe around 2014 GM did not use an ethanol sensor to determine alcohol content. Instead, they software to look at the O2 sensor feedback and tank filling up and some other things to determine the content. On my 2011 before I put an actual sensor on it, when I would fill up a new tank it would disable power enrichment at WOT for the first probably 15 miles or so after it filled up until the alcohol content was established.
