The 8.1 truck injectors are absolutely 1000% rated at 30 lb/hr at 4 bar (58 psi) not 3 bar. This can easily be seen by any of you guys with efi live or Hptuners, just pull up a stock tune file for a 3/4 ton truck with the 8.1 in it.

ok so would it be better to go with the 8.1 injectors or the nnbs flex fuel injectors that I believe flow 36 lbs???? Don't wanna upgrade and it not be enough or upgrade and it be to much. This would be a for 6.0 217/223, LT's, and tune. What size are the stockers? 21?

My 6.0 has long tubes and a tune. stock cam. In my motor, the 8.1 truck injectors are at 85% duty cycle. So not much room left for me.
My old 6.0 injectors were 25 pounds/hr.

Ok seems like the nnbs flex fuel 36lbs injectors would be the better choice.

Yes that little bit extra cushion would be good.

Your cam should pull to at least 6800. I shift mine at 6900 and see 63% idc at 6900 with the 8.1 marine 42# injectors.

I got my 8.1 non-marine injectors test and cleaned and they only flowed at 25 lb/hr. Also what is the pressure that our trucksrun at?
