So my guess is the green evap from engine bay is either missin or hole filled? If so, & they do some kinda visual emission testing where u are, do they pop the hood? I'd hope not, at least for your sake. I'm also thinkin u removed all related lines, so therefore the big canister that used to be above driveshaft?

Who did the work?
Thanks i did all the work
The tune, Basically you just turn off all the tests with EVAP in them.

Yes i removed all the fuel lines, evap lines, charcoal canister, etc.

U know, I was alookin at your sig, & noticed somethin...a 6L. Maybe it was while I wasn't on PT from like Dec. '11 / or Jan. '12 til June '12.
U had a 4.8, so when did u go to more cubes?

And the 12.78 was runnin the 6.0, correct?

Any more fuel cell pics, like diff. angles or ...?

If the EVAP tests don't run, how do you pass emissions? Right now I have all the EVAP lines tied back into my fuel cell vent and the stock sending unit is modified to fit also, but I would love it if I could do away with all that crap!

When you turn off the tests the tests go to "ready", same thing you do when you remove the rear O2 sensors...

I found a plastic cell for like a 48 chevy 18 gallon for mine. I will get pics when i get back from deployment. The dimensions where the closest to what i was looking for. I also removed all the emissions crap.

Unfortunately on my setup the air bags are behind the rear diff. so made space smaller

Hey Corey is that your vent tube with the loops on the right. If it is how has that been working can you smell fuel at all?

Yep that is the vent tube with the coils. I have actually updated it to work better. That design allowed fuel to get down to the coil. I moved the coil right next to the cell and made sure the coil was higher than the cell. Then i ran a line down to the tail light with another larger coil, roughly 11 inches tall. I really dont have any gas smell.

When i redo it i am going to use this
