I have a Ptc already, I had one in my Ls1 car and it worked great! It has headers LT Pacesetters.

My 5.3 crew cab with 3.90's, cam, vortech centri at 5 lbs, long tubes, and performabuilt with no stall, went 13.2 at 102, with a 1.93 60ft on nitto drag radials. just to give ya an idea, i had no intercooler, but it was in the high 50's out. in the summer it went 14.1.

The trans is going to kill you right now, my 60' times dropped over .4 with a stall converter.

You should be mid-high 13's with that setup, with a converter I would say high 12's.

Get that trans in there and it is a whole different world!!
