You only have to post in 1 section. There's not different people in each section.

But yes. 13"s is reach-able with a cam.

I'm gonna say low 14's with traction and good weather

Hell, my truck only runs high 13's

im by no means a idiot when it comes to lsx ive built a couple cam and head cam fbodies that run low 12's and mid and low 11's, and i just finished a 383 head cam ls1 98 camaro idk what it runs yet. im not scared to throw a little 216/220 cam in in a heart beat i have extra spring and all the necessary bs. My motor has 174,000 miles on it but runs like a 17,400 mile motor i just dont wanna spend the extra money on the cam, oil pump, chain, and pushrods and the motor come apart 5k miles from now i wan a mid to low 13 sec truck

thats a small enough cam to run stock pushrods and ls6 springs and thats all you need.

is it big enough to get me into the mid to low 13s? the guy i built the 383 for is giving me his ls6 intake and ill put it on the truck in a heartbeat just have no clue what to do with all the lines etc id have to look at one in person. i have a set of .650 lift springs so all i need is the cam then and i guess a timing chain.
