Go to your local auto yard and pull the brakes off an 05+ NBS or 07+ NNBS for cheap. 13" rotors up from your stock 12" ones for cheap. Got mine for $80 IIRC. Calipers and rotors are a direct swap. Need 17"+ wheels to clear them, which I assume you have.
I have Powerslot rotors and can't say I noticed a difference from stock rotors.

R1concepts, they have slotted, drilled, and both slotted and drilled. I had a set of what you are looking on my truck for 4-5 years until a pad went bad on the front and rear on the same day while I was an hour away. I never had a problem until then.

But you will see a much better braking improvement from bigger stock rotors and better calipers from a NNBS than buying slotted stock-size rotors. Hydroboost swap also makes a huge difference; I got the parts at the local auto yard for $80.

If you are towing a heavy load, you might find some advantage of going to slotted rotors, but like they said above a better move would be to the 13" rotors/clipers. Drilled rotors are for bling, and requires more brake effort to stop and can crack easier when used in high heat conditions--driving in mountains and towing. If you are intent on slotted/drilled there was a manufacturer in Canada making them and selling direct. I think he sometimes sells on fleebay. Personally I would be worried about using slotted/drilled on a heavy truck that were made in China.
