Default 05 cc suspension help

here's my problem i have an 05 cc and ever since i bought the truck its had a very rough ride. i know it's a truck and isn't going to ride like a Cadillac, but dam it shouldn't be this rough. I've already changed all the shocks to bilstein HD, and its not as bouncy as it was but its still rough. what else can i do to make the ride more comfortable? i think its just the front but it could be the rear also. truck is not lowered in the front as far as i can tell, however i think the previous owner removed one of the leaf spring to lower the rear but not exactly sure. there is only two leafs on it. any help or opinions will be appreciated.

Pics of rear suspension? Tire size? Could it be the roads you drive on?
