what motor is the LQ9 package (HP rating)? It's not easy finding a 14 bolt sf out of a 05 or newer 1/2 ton.

Parish is still using his stock 8.5" 10 bolt...no?

All I thought was he blew the G80 up.

All the LQ9 (345HP 6.0) AWD combinations I have seen use a 8.6" 10-bolt in the rear.

I am not sure if the VHO would be a 9.5". If it is than that means it would be a 6-lug configuration. 6-lug 9.5" in drums are easy to find, as are 8-lug 9.5" rears with discs. It's the 6-lug with discs that is going to be difficult.

The new Vortec Max "Performance Pack" trucks have LQ9's, 4L70's, 9.5" ring gears and some seriously big *** drums in the rear. The Vortec Max "Performance Edition" trucks are the same except with a 4L65E instead of the 4L70E.

The new Trailblazer SS will have the same 14 bolt 9.5" with disc brakes as my SSR has, remember that an automatic SSR still has the 10 bolt.
