Default 14 Bolt

Does someone know the codes for a 14 bolt 6 lug axle. I see them on here before but cant find it again. I'm looking for one for my 1999 RCSB 408 build.

The awd version had a 10b, but the 2wd and VHO trucks have the 14b

The factory RPO code was AXN.
There were availible in 6 lugs with drumbrakes starting in 2005-up 2wd only SS Trucks and VHO Trucks.
