Maybe 1/8th inch total. I spun the axle around and held my grinder to it. Spent maybe 10 minutes per side. I test fitted the rotor to it every couple minutes until I had removed enough. Just looking at a picture you cant tell a difference.

I got the cover from blue torch fabworks in birmingham.

2.5" Should be perfect. I kind of want to go the way of welding on a new mounting flange instead of a big spacer.

I dont have any info on the NNBS axles, should be similiar I guess.

I went throught my stock LSD and I am on my second tru-trac, which this one didn't look to hot last time i had the cover off. I know where he is coming from. For some reason the 10 bolt doesn't like lifted trucks, built or not.

Ever talk to the guys at virgina 4x4 about the spacers... maybe they could make a custom set at a reasonable price... If not I will be doing a small production run of some steel plates in the future so you wont need spacers.

I did at one point, but they I seem to remember didnt like the idea for liability reasons.... although I find that odd since they already sell something similar.
