m/t also makes a 16x 26x10.5 and they were good enough for a 1.64 60 with the 5.3at a 12.59 so i think they work

I'll try to get a picture up tomorrow for you, but the race wheels are not here so I can't get a pic with them on, they are about an hour away, but I will take a pic of the caliper with the wheel off. I can tell you that I just ground enough to clear, which envolved me trying and re-trying until there was no rub. I used a 4" angle grinder and then lightly finished them with a dremel style polisher.

i did the same as you did but after i did mine realize i didnt care to do it. so i just tossed the modded caliber. the rim i tested was an old steel wheel that was stock from back in the day which arent bad and they can use the stock 16" steel center cap

Here is a pic from the last night they where run back in the winter, you can't see the caliper but I will get a better pic up hopefully tomorrow. You can at least see the style wheel I used. Tire size is 28x11.5 on a 15 x 8 rim.

I'd be kind of nervous doing this because of possible weakening the body of the caliper.... I dont know...

I only took about an 1/8" off. I 've been running them like this since last September with no problems

Plenty of people been doing this for years on the f-bodies with no issues. I did mineabout 8 months ago.

well i got fucked so im stuck with 15s for this weekend. minor error so ill be mounting aset of old Rally wheels with 28x11.50R15 et streets on a 8" rim ill get pics to help out
