How did you get the half moon piece to stay in the bolt holes?

I think they just formed to the hole. Wouldn't take much to tap them out.

Aluminum round stock. Turned, drilled, and split. I've been doing machine work for a long time but I've seen some guys that could get real creative w/ a tool in their hand.
You might find some tubing that's close enough and split it w/ a dremel and a cut-off wheel. Shim stock might work as well.

I am just new to all this fab work, I have done a little cutting and welding before but I have never messed around with anything like this.

Bringing back the dead if anyone cares to help. Has anyone made a relocation bracket for the 02 yet? Something to fit the 15" rim better? I bought some s-10 calipers but my problem is not that but the bracket. I was running a eagle 15x8 with out issue then I converted to a 5 lug pattern and my summit brand 15x10 prostars are rubbing and broke my locker. I haven't messed with my truck in 3 years I'm just trying to get back on it. I have brand new moser axles new rims and slicks and have not run it yet, just been sitting in the weather for 3 years on jackstands.

as far as I know, the S10 calipers with a little work is still what most use.
