I've said it before, it's the drop center of the wheel that's going to get ya! If you look at the GM wheel they put the drop on the outside of the wheel away from the caliper. To tuck your wheel you shouldn't have more than 3.5 in. positive then I think 6.5 in neg max......but that drop center has to be on the outside, most man. put it in the center.

I called the wheels place again and found out the inside diamater of their wheels is 12.5 inches and was warned that I could have problems with the calipers on a 6" BS. Went ahead and ordered them and if they don't fit I've been planning on a 9.5 rear with drums anyways. I should have them in 3 weeks and will post pics. I ended up paying $220 by having them painted instead of powdercoated. They weigh under 20 lbs so I thought it was light.

Allright guys here is the link, if mods delete it and you want to know just pm me and I'll send it to you. I just looked some more into their products and they have some really nice wheels for decent prices.

Got the wheels yesterday and found that 6" BS will not work with calipers on these wheels, even with griding. I haven't tested yet but they should work and tuck perfectly on a truck with drums. Will try and post pics later they looked very nice were not very heavy at all.

What about turning the rotors down, and moving the caliper in? I've heard of a few people doing that. Would that make them work?

What exactly hit? Was it the drop center? If so, custom hoops can be sourced, that move the drop center to the outside of the wheel. This is what Billet Specialties did with thier new 15" F-body wheels.

These wheels will work perfectly on drums. They were tested on an 05 regular cab and they are about 1/2 inch inside the fender on a 6" BS. I'll probably order a temporary spacer to use them on calipers, while I wait on the 9.5 rear.
